Slayer

This is one of my first pieces whose foundation sketch was a lot more complete than what I would previously have worked on. I did change the position of the front leg moments before completing it, though, but I still got a taste of what it's like to have nearly complete b/w sketch before actually starting to paint. It's indeed something I will do hereafter, not only because the painting itself becomes easier, but also because it leaves more room for experimentation at the early stages.
